At Goodman Law all documents are held safely and securely according to the Legal Profession (Solicitors) Rules 2007 (ACT).
Should you require a document such as a Will, a Deed or a Certificate of Title returned to you, please provide a request in writing.
This can be done by mail to Goodman Law GPO Box 1674, Canberra ACT 2601 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include a copy of your photo ID (such as a driver's licence or passport) and a contact phone number with your request.
You will need to allow 10 working days from our receipt of your request for processing of your document.
If you pick up the document yourself, please bring along the photo ID. You will be asked to sign for the document at our office when you pick it up.
Alternately we can forward your document to you by registered mail.
