JOB DESCRIPTION
Goodman Law has an opening for a talented Solicitor with 3+ years post admission experience in Family Law. Ideally the successful applicant will be interested in developing a diverse range of skills across this practice area.
In addition, experience in Wills, Probate and Estate Planning would be an advantage.
THE WORK
• Financial and administrative management of legal files
• Drafting documents
• Legal research
• Court attendance and advocacy
• Litigation and dispute resolution
• Preparation of documents to counsel
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Networking and firm promotion
• Meet budgets and time record efficiently
THE REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to develop strong and enduring client relationships
• Exceptional communication skills
• Close attention to detail
• Ability to time record and meet budgets
• Proactive commercial approach
• A demonstrated ability to conduct and administer matters in Federal Magistrates and Family Court
