It is with regret for our Goodman Law clients but with pleasure for David himself that we announce that David Fussell is today retiring as a practicing solicitor.

We are, however, delighted to advise that David’s many years of experience in general commercial law, property law, business sales and purchases; corporate structuring; wills, probates and estates will benefit the Goodman Law legal team as we have been able to arrange a new role for David as a Consultant. In this role, David will mentor the Goodman Law solicitors to ensure that his 37 years of legal practice and his much admired skills and understandings are passed onto young and willing practitioners.

BACKGROUND: David studied at Monash University completing a Bachelor of Jurisprudence followed by a Bachelor of Laws in 1975. He commenced his working life in a Melbourne commercial law firm followed by a move to Canberra in 1978 to create Wood Fussell. In February 2011, David joined Goodman Law following the acquisition of the Canberra practice of Wood Fussell by Goodman Law.
