Steven Gavagna, Principal Director of Goodman Law, is travelling this week to Beijing to assist some of our Chinese industrialist clients with current commercial litigation in Australia.
"I became an adjudicator to improve the delivery of reliable, fair and prompt decisions within the building industry," explains Steven Gavagna "Adjudication is a common tool used in response to the ACT and NSW Building and Construction Industries Securities of Payments Act."
